Cancellation / Refund Policy
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on November 2, 2023, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing. Email requests to: events@americantelemed.org or mail to:

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After November 2, 2023, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing. Email requests to: events@americantelemed.org or mail to:

Health and Safety
EDGE2023 will take place in-person at the Conrad in Washington, DC. The health and safety of our attendees, staff and all participants is our main concern.
