Cancellation / Refund Policy
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on November 2, 2022, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing. Email requests to: events@americantelemed.org or mail to:

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After November 2, 2022, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing. Email requests to: events@americantelemed.org or mail to:

Health and Safety
EDGE2022 will take place in-person at The Park Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC. The health and safety of our attendees, staff and all participants is our main concern. The ATA is monitoring developments around COVID and will adjust health protocols as needed. We will work closely with The Park Hyatt Hotel to follow federal, state and local COVID protocol guidance and the venue’s recommended guidelines.
