Cancellation / Refund Policy
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on November 1, 2021, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration.  After December 10, 2021, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing:

Health and Safety

  • EDGE2021 will take place in-person at The Watergate Hotel, Washington, DC.
  • All registrants and ATA staff will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof.
  • The ATA will implement onsite protocols, working closely with The Watergate Hotel and local public health officials. We will monitor developments over the next several weeks and continue to adapt and provide updates of any changes.
  • The Watergate  Hotel is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and the National Restaurant Association’s suggested procedural guidelines.
