Accessing Sessions as On Demand Content
+Are sessions available to view post-Conference?
Yes, sessions were recorded and are available now to view by registered attendees.
+I registered for EDGE2021. How do I access recorded sessions?
Registered attendees will log in or create an account on the EDGE platform with the email you used to register for the conference. This email address is used to associate your registration information to your account. You will see “Login” in the top right corner of the site.
If you are an existing ATA member, you can simply login with your ATA membership email/username and password.
If you are not already an ATA member, you need to create an account in the EDGE platform in order to enter the conference (enter the email address used to register and create a password).
Upon logging in to the site, you will be asked to allow access to information, applications, etc. You must select “Allow” in order to gain entry to the site. This is connected to the ATA database that authenticates attendees to their registration.
+I am an ATA member, and registered for EDGE. How do I log in?

+Where do I find my badge number?
Your badge number was provided in your EDGE registration confirmation email. For assistance in looking up your confirmation/badge number, please email us.
+I didn't attend EDGE2021, but would like to view recorded sessions. What is the process?
You can register to view recorded EDGE2021 sessions (on demand access) here.
Registration
+Am I able to share my registration with colleagues?
No. Registration for ATA EDGE2021 is per individual, not shareable between colleagues.
+If I have registered, but now can't attend, can I send a substitute?
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing.

+What is the cancellation policy?
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on November 1, 2021, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After November 1, 2021, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
+Is there an option to attend ATA EDGE2021 virtually?
Access to live content is available only in-person, with EDGE2021 taking place at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC.
+Where do I find my badge number?
Your badge number was provided in your EDGE2021 registration confirmation email. For assistance in looking up your confirmation/badge number, please email us.
Health and Safety
+What are the EDGE2021 Health and Safety Protocols?
EDGE2021 will take place in-person at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC.
All registrants and ATA staff will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof as well as provide a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours on arrival. Testing will be available onsite. More details to come.
The ATA will implement onsite protocols, working closely with The Watergate Hotel and local public health officials. We will monitor developments over the next several weeks and continue to adapt and provide updates of any changes.
The Watergate Hotel is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and the National Restaurant Association’s suggested procedural guidelines.
Hotel Accommodations
+Is there a room block associated with EDGE2021?
Yes, EDGE2021 is taking place at The Watergate Hotel located at 2650 Virginia Ave NW, Washington DC 20037.
There is a group room block available to EDGE2021 attendees to access, please click here to book your room.
Please note that our room block closes Friday, November 19. ATA cannot guarantee rooms at The Watergate Hotel after that date.
Post Conference
+Will content and session recordings be available after the Conference is over?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing by registered attendees post-conference. Recordings will be available to participants for up to 1 year following the Conference.
