Onsite COVID Precautions
EDGE2021 will take place in-person at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC.
To help keep everyone as safe as possible while onsite at EDGE, the ATA has implemented mandatory onsite COVID protocols. All in-person attendees (anyone attending any or all parts of EDGE), speakers and staff will be required to follow protocol steps to gain access to EDGE. We are working with CrowdPass implement this process.
Proof of Vaccination:
All in-person attendees will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated (14 days after completion of a COVID-19 vaccination series).
Proof of Negative Test:
All in-person attendees will also be required to provide proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival at EDGE (either uploaded with vaccination card via CrowdPass or shown to staff onsite). Onsite testing will be available at no charge (see schedule below). We will have nursing staff provided by CrowdPass to administer Rapid Antigen tests. Please note results will take 15-20 minutes. Details on this process have been and will continue to be communicated to registered attendees.
The ATA is working closely with The Watergate Hotel and local public health officials. We will monitor developments over the next few days and continue to adapt and provide updates of any changes.
The Watergate Hotel is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and the National Restaurant Association’s suggested procedural guidelines.
Although, effective November 22, there is no official mask mandate in effect for indoor public spaces in D.C., we encourage guests to wear masks onsite at EDGE. We will continue to monitor and make adjustments to our conference protocol as needed.

Monday, Dec. 6, 11:00am-7:30pm
Tuesday, Dec. 7, 7:30am-6:30pm
Wednesday, Dec. 8, 7:30am-12:30pm
Onsite registration for EDGE will be available. Please bring your vaccine card with you and check in with staff first, along with negative test result if taken within 72 hours – or onsite testing is available.
